At Alchemi Media Inc., we believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are fundamental to fostering a thriving and innovative workplace. As a marketing agency operating in Québec, we are committed to creating a culture where all employees, clients, and collaborators feel valued, respected, and empowered. This DEI policy outlines our principles and commitments to ensure an inclusive, fair, and diverse work environment.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, freelancers, and interns associated with Alchemi Media Inc. It governs all aspects of employment, including hiring, promotions, compensation, training, and workplace interactions.
Given that most of our employees work remotely, this policy extends to virtual work environments, ensuring that DEI principles are upheld across all digital communication channels, remote meetings, and collaborative tools.

6.1 Social Media Conduct
Employees, suppliers, and collaborators must uphold Alchemi Media Inc.’s DEI values on both company and personal social media platforms. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Posting or sharing hateful, discriminatory, or offensive comments.
Engaging in online harassment, bullying, or defamatory speech.
Using social media to undermine Alchemi Media Inc.’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Violations of this policy, including social media misconduct, may result in corrective actions, including termination of contracts or employment.
Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated at Alchemi Media Inc. This includes:

Workplace harassment, including verbal, physical, or online abuse.
Employees who experience or witness discrimination or harassment should report it to higher management or a designated management representative. Complaints will be handled with confidentiality and without fear of retaliation.

8. Reporting & Compliance
Any concerns regarding DEI violations should be reported to higher management. Reports will be taken seriously, investigated promptly, and addressed accordingly.
9. DEI Commitment Acknowledgment
All employees, suppliers, and subcontractors must review the DEI initiative as a commitment to uphold these values. Failure to adhere to this policy, including acts of discrimination, harassment, or exclusionary behavior, may result in corrective action, including termination of contracts or employment.
This policy does not extend to clients, who are not required to follow Alchemi Media Inc.’s DEI commitments. However, we encourage respectful and professional interactions aligned with our company values.
